Here's one of many versions of a character design I (Kei) did for that film that didn't make its way to the end. But, these faeries where alot of fun to create...
Like the last few posts, we can't tell you what the character is about, but you can tell us your own version in 4 sentences or less, and I'll post the best ones by the end of the day!

Favorite description goes to

Reeties are born in little eggs and grow up to about two to three inches tall. They are goofy, frivolous, happy creatures who hate work and love fun, and can be a loyal friend (if you can befriend one, that is). But don't try to mess with them--they're master tricksters and easily angered. They do have a weak spot though--cherry flavored lollipops.

He seems to me like the sidekick of the main character. Probably dragged into the adventure unwillingly. He uses witty remarks as some sort of revenge on the maincharacter from dragging him into this.
