Here's another concept art that Bobby and I (Kei) did together for that film that didn't make its way to the end. But, these faeries where alot of fun to create...
We cant tell you what the story is, but you can tell us your own version in 4 sentences, and Il post the best ones by the end of the day!

Wow... amazing stories and descriptions from everyone! This has really brought out some creative thinking in so many of you. It was hard to choose but.... the winner is

The moss suddenly seemed to come alive, little mounds pushing up on stunted limbs to reveal mud coloured underbellies and eyes blinking from too long spent asleep. It was rare for anything to disturb the Hrodberht from their deep slumber beneath the dappled light from the forest canopy, but rise they did, drawn by the distant call from the heart of the forest. The witching Oaks parted, revealing a path no human had been allowed to tread since the forest was young and human's paid homage to deities long forgotten. The Hrodberht could hear the call thrum deep within and it was not their boon to resist her summons...

Just think you ought to know I LOVE your gallery. It's one of my favorites. I can't believe how creative you are! Awesome work.
