Last week I had a poll on which fan art did people want me to paint. Princess Mononoke won in a landslide victory so here's a quick sketch you all watchers out there.
I only spent 90 minutes on this so I hope I didn't disappoint too many people out there.
I made her a bit older as well.

On a side note, I also recorded the process and made it into another video podcast on youtube.
I've been getting a lot of emails about this so I figured I'd share my thoughts on creating financial security for today's artist.
The painting is of Princess Mononoke and has been sped up to match the audio. [link]

I don't like her face - you did it beautifully of course, no shortage of talent here, but she looks constipated in general :P I love the dog/wolf. Too, too beautiful. I want to see what else you've got.

Beautiful piece.
On the contrary, I love her face, her expression fits her character..
The first time I watched it I was 5 and cried a lot when something bloody happened and I switched it off <XD Now I rewatched it and... HOLY CRAP I LOVE IT *A*
