Journal Entry: Tue Jul 17, 2012, 11:23 AM
Tip of the day: Most of your worries never happen. Time to concentrate on what u want instead of what u don't want.

definitely something I realised as well. I used to spend a long time focusing on what may happen and was missing out on what I could control. Lesson learnt :)

So true. Concentrating on what you want is how they happen!

I should get this tattooed into my arm so I can look at it each time I bury my face in my hands because worries are pressing me down.

Something I often need to remind myself. Every time you worry/fear, you're wasting energy which could be spent doing things and fixing problems. If problems happen, we can always deal with them as they come.

Perfect timing, Bobby. I was just absolutely worried about something and couple of minutes ago the problem was easily solved. It's actually awful that even if I know that something will sort out, I have one of these bad days that this will get me down pretty badly. Luckily often there is a strength to say 'it will be fine!'.
Cheers and thank you for fantastic tips!
