Something I often need to remind myself. Every time you worry/fear, you're wasting energy which could be spent doing things and fixing problems. If problems happen, we can always deal with them as they come.
Perfect timing, Bobby. I was just absolutely worried about something and couple of minutes ago the problem was easily solved. It's actually awful that even if I know that something will sort out, I have one of these bad days that this will get me down pretty badly. Luckily often there is a strength to say 'it will be fine!'. Cheers and thank you for fantastic tips!
