I normally wear a women's large or a men's medium :) Mostly men's though because I hate fitted shirts.

I flirted with makin T's but to do it the way I would want them made (basically an all-over design, or anything other than a small square illustration on the back and front,) would be way out of my budget. But then you could probably make something much more marketable than me.
